Love For Animals Lord Buddha Foundation –Vikas Gautam, An Advocate for Justice, Champion for Animals
At the core of Love For Animals LOBFA is a remarkable individual whose journey is anything but ordinary. Vikas Gautam, a dedicated lawyer by profession and a lifelong animal lover by heart, left behind a successful legal career to follow a calling far greater — rescuing and caring for the voiceless.
What began with saving a few strays quickly turned into a full-time mission. Today, Vikas Gautam personally cares for nearly 120 rescued animals — dogs, cows, goats and donkeys, and other voiceless souls — providing them with food, shelter, medical care, and above all, unconditional love.
For several years, he ran the shelter on personal savings, sacrificing comfort and career for the well-being of animals in desperate need. But as the shelter grew, so did the need for sustainable support. With unwavering commitment, Vikas Gautam has recently returned to legal practice — not for personal gain, but to fund the growing needs of the animals and ensure their care never falters.
